Dilys Nfumse is the Founder and President of the Association of Women into Science (STEM), a grassroots non-profit. She has created the STEM Ambassadors volunteering program, where undergraduates and graduates volunteer to tutor young girls at the secondary level in STEM subjects. She also runs STEM clubs and SMART STEM Academy via which she portrays the fun and practical side of STEM through games, exercises, and projects.
Dilys Nfumse holds a Bachelor’s in Geology with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Buea as well as a Master of Engineering in Eco-Construction and Real Estate Management from the National Advance School of Public Works. She is a Co-Founder of the Start-Up Eco-Build consulting, where she works as a green building expert.
