Kalena Denise Bojko

Kalena Denise Bojko has a degree in Business Economics from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Buenos Aires, Argentina. / In 2016, thanks to the recognition she received by the “Buenos Aires Stock Exchange Foundation” for being the highest general average of all secondary schools in CABA, the UTDT awarded her a grant, financing 70% of all her undergraduate studies, where she later worked as an assistant professor in the subjects of Basic Accounting and Marketing. Likewise, she was selected by the Boston Consulting Group to represent the Buenos Aires office at its annual BCG Women Aspire 2020 workshop, where she enhanced her leadership and communication skills alongside female leaders from around the world. / Since then, Kalena has focused her professional experience in the banking, education and strategic consulting sectors, although she also complemented her career with a deep interest in generating a positive impact in her community, participating in non-profit organizations and social projects. profit. / Currently, Kalena is committed to making a real change in the way women relate to finance. With the creation of Con Voz Propia, she seeks to empower women, regardless of their age, to dare to challenge the stereotypes that pigeonhole them in places where they cannot decide about money, its management and administration. / Her biggest dream is to ensure that there are more and more women with the ability to decide their own destiny; whether it is living from your job or entrepreneurship, making better decisions, improving the management of your personal and family finances and / or creating new habits that accompany you for a lifetime in this empowerment.
