Justine Nkengbeza Taku is the founder and executive director of All4Women, a women and young girls-led non-profit organization created in Limbe-Cameroon. Justine founded the organization to shine a light on and address the disparities in gender inequality through education and economic empowerment. The organization strives to create opportunities for women and girls in rural areas through entrepreneurship and inclusive financing opportunities.

Justine believes that those two pillars bring change to the living conditions of the women she serves while also positively impacting their communities and upscaling the economic growth of her entire country.

Justine is a claims specialist for Swiss Insurance Company and holds a bachelor’s of Business Administration from the Basel School of Business. She also earned an Advanced Studies in Management certificate from the HSG-University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
