PICHA empowers global photographers to own their perspectives while helping brands connect through inclusive, stereotype-free visuals.

A visionary entrepreneur and cultural storyteller, Josiane builds platforms that amplify underrepresented creative voices. Weaving Stories—a photography book born from the PICHA Grant she launched—is a testament to this mission. Showcasing work from ten photographers across Africa, the U.S., and Brazil, the book is both a celebration and a call to action. Proceeds support emerging image-makers through funding and mentorship, fueling a growing ecosystem of diverse visual storytellers.
