Joanna Gotfryd is the Co-Founder and President of the Mamo Pracuj Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting women, especially mothers in returning to work after childcare break, building careers, and achieving financial independence. Her mission is to create practical opportunities that help mothers and women combine professional growth with family life.

Gotfryd is also Co-Founder of Talenti.app and Talenti.pl, a career tool designed to support women at every stage of life. She brings 15 years of experience in the NGO sector and several years of business experience in export sales. She has led social impact initiatives, developed programs for women’s career growth, and built partnerships that connect purpose with practical solutions for the labor market.
