From an early age, Jhenifer has sought to make a difference in the world. During her undergraduate studies in International Relations at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, she discovered the ability to look beyond the differences between peoples and cultures, identifying causes and organizations capable of generating solutions to common problems. Passionate about the third sector, since 2019, Jhenifer has found in mentoring a unique way to impact Brazilian microentrepreneurs. Co-founder and manager of the “Guru de Negócios” (Business Guru) platform at Aliança Empreendedora, she works directly with a diverse and talented network of volunteers, benefiting hundreds of entrepreneurs with valuable guidance and support. Committed to promoting positive change, Jhenifer continuously enhances her skills to strengthen the development of entrepreneurs and communities.

Desde cedo, Jhenifer buscou fazer a diferença no mundo. Durante sua graduação em Relações Internacionais pela Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, descobriu a capacidade de olhar além das diferenças entre povos e culturas, identificando causas e organizações capazes de gerar soluções para problemas comuns. Apaixonada pelo terceiro setor, Jhenifer encontrou na mentoria, desde 2019, uma maneira única de impactar microempreendedores brasileiros. Cofundadora e gestora da plataforma Guru de Negócios na Aliança Empreendedora, ela atua diretamente com uma rede diversa e talentosa de voluntários, beneficiando centenas de empreendedores com orientação e apoio valiosos. Comprometida em promover mudanças positivas, Jhenifer continua ampliando suas habilidades para fortalecer o desenvolvimento de empreendedores e comunidades.
