Jenipher Peter Mollel is the Founder and Executive Director of Determined Society Organization (DSO), a Tanzanian NGO advancing gender justice, climate action, and youth leadership while uplifting women, youth, and Indigenous communities. Through community-led programs, DSO strengthens local leadership, preserves Indigenous knowledge, and promotes sustainable development across Tanzania.

Mollel holds a background in Public Sector Accounting and Finance and has served in leadership roles including Project Lead of Teen and Youth in Leadership Africa TYILChapter Coordinator of the Africa Youth Leadership Forum and Assistant Administration Secretary of the PLO Lumumba Foundation Tanzania Chapter. She is an alumna of the Niongoze Fellowship, Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership, and Mwalimu Nyerere Pan-African Young Leaders Fellowship, bringing regional leadership experience to social impact initiatives.
