Jenifer Suarez is a project manager and community leader working on grassroots initiatives that strengthen women’s leadership, economic inclusion, climate awareness, and community resilience in vulnerable communities in Colombia. Through participatory methodologies, training programs, and strategic alliances, her work empowers women and youth to become active agents of social transformation while advancing gender equality and sustainable development.

Jenifer is an Industrial Engineer with experience in social project management, international cooperation, territorial financing, and community leadership. She has participated in international leadership and advocacy programs with organizations including World Vision, UN Women, ISRAAID, GFLAC, Transparency International, and the Anne Frank Center in Argentina, contributing to initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, climate action, and youth engagement across Latin America.
