Jeanne-Frances is the Founder and CEO of Abundance Private School (APS), a bilingual, faith-based school for children aged nursery to 18 years. APS uses a vocational and collegiate based international curriculum and works to respond to community needs by providing educational services that emphasize quality, care and Christian experience. APS works hard to ensure that everyone is treated equally and is encouraged and respected in a happy, caring, and fun environment. APS’ aim is to help form global citizens by developing student’s talents, instilling a strong sense of self-esteem, and providing a fun and engaging learning environment. Jeanne-Frances believes that smaller classes allow for teachers to get to know their students, monitor their progress, and offer more personalized guidance. Following this belief, the average class size at APS is 15 students with two teachers. Education at APS goes beyond in-class lessons by providing career advising services to students including offering career programs such as student exchanges, excursions, and career fairs. APS also works to serve the Cotonou community by providing a language and literacy program for adults and out of school children to acquire literacy skills and work on mid-career training. APS also offers learning opportunities in Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Computer Programming. Jeanne-Frances holds a Bachelors of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Nigeria and is a member of the Women Entrepreneurs and Professional’s Development Network. Her focus is on building leadership capacity and bilingual curriculum/ instructional expertise. Jeanne-Frances maintains a serious commitment to professional development and helping teachers improve themselves and share with each other.
