Jazz Sethi is the Founder of The Diabesties Foundation, one of India’s leading patient-led organizations working to build an equitable ecosystem for people living with diabetes. Through healthcare access, education, advocacy, research, and peer support, Diabesties is reimagining what chronic disease care can look like by placing lived experience at the center. Since 2018, the organization has impacted thousands of individuals and families across India while working closely with governments, healthcare institutions, and industry to create lasting systems change.
Sethi is a global diabetes advocate and social entrepreneur. She was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when she was 13. She serves on national and international advisory groups, contributes to policy and research initiatives, and regularly collaborates with healthcare leaders, policymakers, and industry to improve outcomes for people living with diabetes. Her work has been recognized globally for advancing patient leadership and equitable healthcare.
