Ivory Vogt

Vogt is a climate policy and communications professional from the Republic of Palau dedicated to advancing climate justice, ocean conservation, and sustainability. She supports initiatives that strengthen women’s leadership, elevate Indigenous and Pacific voices, and create opportunities for sustainable economic development through advocacy, storytelling, and entrepreneurship.

Vogt has worked across climate policy, tourism, and international development, including representing Palau in international climate negotiations and contributing to global initiatives on sustainable tourism and ocean conservation. She currently serves as Policy and Communications Manager at WECAN and is the co-founder of EmeralDreams, a mother-daughter business focused on empowering entrepreneurs and small businesses in Palau.
