Irma Breton Solis

Irma is the CEO of Avance Empresarial, a clothing and uniform manufacturing company that produces tailored executive uniforms, industrial uniforms, corporate attire and promotional textiles. Avance Empresarial also offers a promotional line that includes office supplies and accessories. They work to provide their clients with the best suited textiles and uniforms for their business by working with them throughout the manufacturing process. Irma holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, a Masters in Administration, and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), a Diploma in Strategic Marketing and International Business from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), as well as a Diploma in Interior Design and Executive Coaching ICT. Irma belongs to WEConnect International, Eriem, and Asociacion de Mujeres Empresarias.

What Irma hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship:

Irma is looking to learn new business and leadership skills, build connections, and gain clarity on her business’s goals. She is hoping that the program will provide her with a different perspective on Avance Empresarial that will allow her to grow the company and achieve her business goals.
