Ime Obot

Ime is the Managing Director at Amela Pharmacy, a retail and wholesale pharmaceutical outlet that provides quality drugs and healthcare services. Amela Pharmacy has five branches and is dedicated to promoting health, well-being, and economic empowerment by providing quality prescription and non-prescription drugs to their customers and through pharmaceutical training programs for Pharmacist interns, Pharmaceutical technicians, and National Youth Service Corps Members. These training programs work to teach the importance of alleviating poverty and improving the standard of living for the community as a whole. Ime holds a Bachelors from the University of Benin and a Masters from the University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom State. She is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) and the International Federation of Pharmacists (FIP), a chairperson in the Association of Lady Pharmacists (ALPS), a Fellow at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, and a member of WE Connect International. Ime’s expertise is in strategic planning, business management, and marketing.
