Hadijah Nankanja is the founder of Community Women Enterprise Network Uganda Limited, a business resource space for women entrepreneurs across all sectors that provides business information, technical support for members to reach greater markets, create growing revenues and promote their businesses with more focus and clarity. She believes in reinforcing the capacity of high-potential, low-income entrepreneurs to become more productive and gain larger market shares in leading local and regional markets.
With over a decade of experience working on development initiatives, Nankanja is a volunteer board member at Trade and Impact for Women-led Enterprises and board secretary of Tusome Children’s resource centre. She holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship and small business management from Makerere University Business School. She is a co-owner of different business ventures, including Nakoha Natural Products Limited, Books & More, and Interest for Change. She is a rotarian of RC Kampala Naalya in Uganda.
