Grace Baidoo is the Founder and Executive Director of CBR Ghana, a non-governmental organization based in Ghana, championing Community-Based Rehabilitation as a sustainable approach for disability rights, health, education, economic participation, social inclusion, and empowerment. CBR Ghana supports persons with disabilities and their families to build independence and inclusion.
Baidoo is a CBR Practitioner and Disability Advocate with nearly 10 years of experience. She served as a CBR Program Lead at Hearts, Hands and Voice Foundation. She currently works as a CBR Practitioner at Multikids Africa and also Women groups coach for 100WEEKS Ghana. She holds an MPhil in Special Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Community-Based Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from the University of Education, Winneba.
