Gail Motloung is founder of Girl with a Purpose Foundation, a registered South African non-profit organization that aims to empower, equip, and inspire young women. The organization amplifies the voices of women and youth in policy and decision-making, increasing their participation in leadership and policy change. The organization advocates for inclusion and gender balance in access to social and economic opportunities for women and youth in Gauteng.

Motloung is an international speaker, social entrepreneur, youth leader, community builder, and managing director at House of Yadah Publications. She has skills and experience in project management, community engagement, and stakeholder engagement. In 2023 she was selected to sit as a board member for the “South African Heroine Awards.” Motloung is also a TV show host, producer, and a 2021 Mandela Washington Fellow.
