Fransisca Wulandari is the Founder of Talk Mental Health Indonesia (TMH.id), a grassroots initiative based in Yogyakarta that creates safe, inclusive spaces for young people—especially women and marginalized groups—to talk about mental health. TMH.id combines storytelling, creative expression, and community-building to break stigma and promote resilience.

Previously, Fransisca served as a Mental Health and Psychosocial Officer with the International Organization for Migration, and as a counselor supporting migrant communities in Indonesia and Australia. She brings over seven years of experience in community mental health, trauma-informed care, and youth empowerment.
