Florencia is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of BigCheese, a company that builds and operates tailor-made software solutions for clients. Their services include DevOps and SRE consulting, AWS consulting and implementation, support with Geographical Information Systems, and individualized software solutions including the development of management systems and app development. BigCheese prides itself on building trusting relationships with clients and working with them as a team to design strategic solutions. Florencia holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Universidad de la Rep√∫blica Uruguay and is a Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner and Alexa Skill Builder from Amazon. In addition to BigCheese, Florencia is a Professor of Data Structures and Algorithms 2 at the Universidad ORT Uruguay and the Co-Managing Director of the Uruguayan Chapter of Girls in Tech. Florencia is experienced in operational management, team leadership, agile planning, and business management.
