Florencia Fisch (Flor) is the Executive Director of Fundación Encontrarse, an organization she has been part of since its founding. For the past 20 years, Fundación Encontrarse has worked to challenge all forms of discrimination and promote diversity and human rights through educational and dialogue-based initiatives focused on schools, workplaces, health, communication, and sports. The organization understands education as a key tool for cultural transformation and for building more inclusive and respectful societies.

A proud Argentine and Latin American woman, Florencia has led educational and inclusion initiatives with schools, companies, governments, and civil society organizations across Argentina. She has also developed leadership and training programs for women in vulnerable situations, as well as networks with women from other social impact organizations to strengthen collaboration, peer learning, and collective leadership.
