Florence Mudzingwa is the Founder of Hope Resurrect Trust. The Trust seeks to instill and build confidence and self-esteem in women with disabilities by motivating them to contribute to their personal and national development economically. She advocates for policies and initiatives that dismantle barriers and unlock the full potential of women and girls with disabilities.

Mudzingwa is a holder of aBachelor of Science Honours degree in Counselling with Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU). She is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence and Personal Development Coach with the International Coaching and Mentoring Foundation (ICMF).
