Fernanda K. Martins is the Director of Advocacy and Strategy at Fundación Multitudes, a Chile-based organization leading regional initiatives across Latin America to advance gender equality, social justice, democracy, transparency, and digital rights. A feminist and anti-racist leader, she grounds her work in intersectionality as a core methodology and is committed to strengthening South–South alliances.
Previously, Martins served as Research and Development Director at InternetLab, a leading digital rights think tank in Brazil. She has over a decade of experience connecting academic research, feminist leadership, and advocacy, with a focus on addressing online gender-based violence, political violence, and the impacts of emerging technologies.
