Fatima Kabir is founder of Greenium Eco, a social venture established to transition rural and urban households in Northern Nigeria from using polluting and harmful fuelwood for cooking. Greenium Eco aims to preserve nature and prevent deforestation, desertification, and soil erosion by providing eco-friendly energy solutions such as clean cookstoves and efficient briquettes made from agricultural waste.

Prior to founding Greenium Eco, Kabir gained extensive experience in environmental advocacy and social entrepreneurship. She has actively participated in various climate action initiatives and community development projects, focusing on sustainable energy solutions and women’s empowerment. Her leadership in these roles has equipped her with the skills and vision to drive impactful change in underserved communities.

“As a visionary leader, I am committed to driving sustainable change and empowering low-income women through innovative energy solutions.”
