About Fatima

Fatima is the CEO of Ghaya Management Training LLC., a Qatari company established in 2015 to deliver high-quality management training opportunities to organizations and individuals and to support Qatar’s 2030 National Vision of becoming an advanced knowledge-based economy. Ghaya has extensive experience in developing national talent and offers effective and tailored programs with specialized local bilingual trainers. The company offers coaching and career advisory services, training needs analysis, design and delivery of customized bilingual training programs, leadership development programs and corporate social responsibility programs for women’s empowerment. Ghaya’s founders have more than 30 years of collective experience in talent management, workforce nationalization, and community development. The managing partners have extensive experience in oil and gas, power, telecommunications, and non- profit sectors. Fatima has experience in strategic planning, finance and accounting, and data analysis. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Qatar University.

What Fatima hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship:

Fatima would like to expand her knowledge of managing clients, closing deals and hiring. She is also looking forward to finding unique ways to improve Ghaya’s processes, now that the business is expanding. Fatima is also looking forward to expanding her network, learning how to think more strategically, and improving her team management skills.

What Fatima can offer other fellows:

Fatima can share her experience and and information about how to expand a business as well as her skills in strategic planning and using tools such as the business model canvas, customer profile map, finance and budgeting basics, and business automation. Fatima can also provide some hours of life coaching.
