Faith Mutanuka is the Founder of Vision Bloom Foundation, a youth-led organisation focused on mental health advocacy, personal development and youth empowerment in Zambia. Established from the success of the Mental Health for Teens Project launched in 2023, the Foundation creates supportive spaces through mentorship, leadership development, literacy initiatives and community engagement programmes that equip young people to grow, bloom and thrive.

Mutanuka is a legal professional, award-winning author and youth advocate with experience in leadership, mental health advocacy and community engagement. She is an alumna of the SUSI for Young Leaders Programme, now the Madeleine K. Albright Young Women Leaders Programme, and has also participated in the Aspire Leaders Programme, strengthening her international leadership and advocacy experience.
