Erica Crowley

Erica Crowley, MSW is the Senior Director of Academic Programs in Trinity College’s Center for Hartford Engagement & Research where she oversees programs on community-based research and public humanities. She fosters relationships with partners, faculty, staff and students to develop projects on arts and culture, environment, education, food, immigration, and social justice. She is also a mentor to Posse Foundation scholars. Prior to this, Erica was an organizer with ReproEquityNow. 
 
Most recently, Erica founded CM Creative where she supports nonprofits, museums, cultural institutions and small businesses in telling stories. 
 
Erica holds an MSW, community organizing concentration, from University of Connecticut.
