Douyon is the Founder and Head of Advocacy, Policy & Strategy at POLICITÉ, a Haiti-based consulting firm that doubles as an emerging think-and-do tank specializing in development policy. POLICITÉ promotes evidence-based, culturally relevant ideas to address socio-economic issues in Haiti. She also works as a Principal Consultant at Apwoch, a boutique social impact agency in the US, creating customized, research-based solutions to promote positive social change and equitable futures.
Douyon has contributed to strategic leadership, program development, grants management, research, policy development, and advocacy across various sectors for organizations in Haiti and the United States. She serves on the board of several organizations and is a leading figure in the anti-corruption movement, Petrochallenge, which mobilized hundreds of thousands of Haitians to call for accountability in Haiti’s largest corruption scandal.
