Social leader with more than 30 years of experience in territorial management, local politics, operation of technical cooperation projects and their administration, with a focus on gender and human rights, she has facilitated various grassroots women’s organizational processes such as Urban@s: Por nuestro Derecho a la Ciudad, the Red Comunidad Anticorrupción and the Consejo Ciudadano de Mujeres del Distrito Federal, she is currently the Legal Representative of Mujeres, Democracia y Ciudadanía A.C., and an alternate member of the Civil Society Advisory Group for Mexico for UN Women. and alternate member of the Civil Society Advisory Group for Mexico of UN Women, member of the international networks Huairou Commission and the Global Feminist Platform for Land and Territories and the National Feminist Front, CIMTRA: Citizens for Transparent Municipalities and the local networks, Red Mexiquense de Gobierno Abierto and Ecatepec Unido.
