Elnara Majidova is the Founder of a new social impact initiative dedicated to advancing inclusive leadership, well-being, and innovation for underrepresented communities in STEM. Her mission is to create safe, empowering spaces where individuals—especially women and youth—can unlock their full potential through education, coaching, and community-based programs.

Majidova began her career as a medical doctor and later earned a Master’s in Science & Engineering in the UK. She has held leadership roles in corporate diversity and well-being strategy, driving award-winning programs that boosted employee engagement and motivation. A certified transformative coach with expertise in psychological safety, NLP, and the Enneagram, she continues to support organizational growth and individual transformation as a consultant and WomenInTech partner.
