Drishti Medhi

Drishti Medhi is the co-founder of QuickGhy, which is building an easy market access for the blue collared sector and empowering them through upskilling. QuickGhy’s vision is to build a channel for blue collared workers to get them market-ready, making it easier for both enterprises and the home care sector to hire them.

Medhi has an electrical engineering degree and is passionate about entrepreneurship and social impact. Drishti has a niche for solving problems, working with a diverse set of people, and has contributed towards several local initiatives and startups since her first year of college. Drishti is also part of the Global Shapers Community with the World Economic Forum.

Medhi was recognized as one of the top 3 women entrepreneurs from North East India by the US Consulate, Kolkata in 2021. She was also named one of the top 5 innovators across the country by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India in 2022, and is a Bir Chilarai Awardee in 2013, the highest award given to the NCC Cadets by the Government of Assam.
