Dr. Victory Ifeanyichukwu Uzoma is the Founder and Executive Director of FemCare Health Initiative, a nonprofit advancing equitable access to sexual and reproductive healthcare for women in underserved communities across Nigeria. Through cervical cancer awareness, community screening, and FemCare Connect, a digital patient navigation platform, the organization links women with positive screening results to timely follow-up care. To date, FemCare has reached over 5,000 women through awareness and screening programs.

Dr. Uzoma is a medical doctor and public health leader with over six years of experience advancing women’s health through community-driven and digital solutions. Her leadership has been recognized with the SME 100 Africa 25Under25 Award, and she has partnered with several organizations to expand access to life-saving cervical cancer services across Nigeria.
