Dr. Lynn Green
Founder and President, TMC
Dr. Lynn Green is the Founder and President of TMC, an award-winning organizational development and talent engagement firm that delivers competency-based professional certifications and licensing exams for the government, states, professional associations, and academic and corporate organizations. Most recently, TMC was awarded a contract with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to deliver their aviation exams. TMC facilitates professional development training for school administrators and B2B for corporations in the area of employee retention, engagement, and competency development. TMC ensures a significant number of resources are allocated to helping clients obtain decent work and economic sustainability, through employment opportunities and targeted career development. TMC was recognized as the Small Business FAV 2021 award recipient from the Austin Young Chamber and was a nominee for the Greater Black Chamber of Commerce for Small Business Award 2022. Lynn holds a BS degree in Financial Planning from Texas Tech University and dual MBAs in Human Resources Management and Finance from Kennesaw State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Education with a research focus on Adult Education in the context of Organizational Commitment and Professional Development in public schools after a RIF. Lynn is a Board Member for two non-profit organizations and belongs to several professional and industry associations including the Association of Adult Literacy Professional Developers and the Society of Human Resources Management. Lynn was a nominee for the Women’s Profile in Power award from the Austin Business Journal for Central Texas. She has served in various leadership organizations including Leadership Austin Emerge Program and is an inductee of the Leadership Round Rock 2023 class.
