Dr. AJ Austin is a master life coach certification trainer at The International Center for Life Coach Training, LLC and 1-Day Black Woman Christian Life Coach Certification Self-Study System. Their purpose-driven responsibility is to help drive social impact through the U.N. Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 of “Quality Education” via The Black Woman Christian Life Coach Certification Self-study System, an innovative online independent home-study course using audio, video, and text-based training materials to help Black Christian women become professionally trained, skilled, qualified, Certified Life Coaches. Their mission is to help Black Christian women gain access to a more equitable playing field as future entrepreneurs and guard against systemic structures and cultural barriers catered to people of privilege, future economic shocks, and life circumstances. Dr. AJ’s most notable career achievements and milestones include their official online launch in 2020 and receiving an Honorary Doctoral degree in Christian Psychology for serving over 30 years in ministry. The International Center for Life Coach Training, LLC was recently featured on the cover of “Self-Informed,” a digital magazine for The National Association for The Self-Employed (NASE). They are a Facebook {Meta} Leaders Network small business feature. They have earned over $137,000 in sales revenue and secured non-traditional debt-free business funding. They value their Christian beliefs and ethically engage in economic empowerment through an entrepreneurial education experience, beginning with self-study and then on to Dr. AJ’s church, community, and corporate cultures. Dr. AJ holds a Doctor of Christian Psychology (Hsc), is a Master Life Coach Certification Trainer, Activated Prophet, Master Life Coach Certified Personal Life Coach (PLC), holds a master’s degree in Life Coaching and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science (Human Resources / Training & Development).
