Diana Yafi

Diana Yafi is the Operations Manager at Find A Nurse, a platform connecting families in Lebanon with trusted homecare providers. In her dual role, she oversees daily operations and plays a key part in the development of the platform by collaborating closely with the tech team to enhance user experience and optimize service delivery.

Diana was a Halcyon Fellow in the MENA 2024 cohort, recognized for her leadership and dedication to social impact. As a registered nurse, she is passionate about bridging healthcare and technology to make care more accessible for families, especially for working mothers and female caregivers. Her work aligns with several UN SDGs, particularly Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3), Gender Equality (SDG 5), and Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8).

As a single mom of two boys living in a country that recently faced war and crisis, Diana knows what it means to keep going through hard times. Her personal journey pushes her to help other women, especially working moms and caregivers, find balance, confidence, and opportunity in their lives.

Diana holds a nursing degree and continues to expand her skills through fellowships and leadership programs. She’s passionate about creating change, lifting others up, and making a difference in people’s lives, especially women who are doing their best to care for others while chasing their own dreams.
