Devangana Rana is launching a social impact venture aimed at helping internal migrants in India gain access to capital and resources to start their own small businesses. The initiative seeks to empower migrants by building pathways to financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and long-term economic stability.

Rana is a Finance Analyst at the World Bank Treasury and has previously worked at the Central Bank of Thailand, Antler VC Fund, Indian Ministry of Rural Development, and Harvard Business School.
