Denisse Cufré is the Co-Founder and Program Manager of Conectando Derechos, an Argentine organization led by LGBTQ women that addresses systemic inequalities through political advocacy, capacity building, and coordination among multiple stakeholders at the intersection of gender equality, LGBTIQ+ rights, and responsible business conduct in Argentina and Latin America.

She previously served as the Coordinator of Public Policy on Business and Human Rights at the Secretariat for Human Rights, having coordinated the design of the first national plan on the subject. She promotes practices that respect human rights as a board member of the Latin American Academy of Human Rights and Business, a researcher at the National University of the Littoral, and a consultant for international organizations and companies.

“As a visionary leader, I build bridges to embed human rights as ethical imperatives, not optional business practices.”
