Dary Dek

Dary is the Director of 360 Events, which provides event management services, specializing in fairs and exhibition organizing services. 360 Events has a strong sales team and builds strong corporate relations. They organize both business to consumer and business to business fairs and exhibitions, book venue, do marketing to attract crowds and sell booths to businesses. Contrary to most event management agencies that make revenue from commission, 360 Event organize and own their events and projects. They invest in their ideas and engage business and associations to invest with them to make the ideas happen. Dary has a vision to expand her offerings to include tourism and youth services within her offerings. She would like to see the company grow as platform that connect buyers and sellers, online and offline. Dary is currently the National President of Junior Chamber International in Cambodia. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, business management and marketing. She holds a MA in Global Communication and Advertising from Emerson College, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

What Dary hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship: Dary hopes to increase her knowledge of and networks with businesswomen in both her and other sectors. She is looking forward to connecting with fellows, learning from their stories and hopes to create new business solutions to solve global problems through these new networks and knowledge.

What Dary can offer other fellows: Dary can share knowledge related to business opportunities in Cambodia and share information on her country.
