Focus Areas
Daisy Hill-Norton is the Co-Founder of Surf Cerrito, a non-profit based in Northern Peru that uses surfing as a tool for empowerment among young people. Since its creation, the initiative has provided surf therapy, workshops, and community events for over 150 youth, creating safe spaces where they can connect with sport, nature, and mental health resources. The organisation’s mission is to inspire young people to step into their power and shape the futures of both themselves and their communities.
Beyond Surf Cerrito, Hill-Norton has worked in fundraising and communications with other Peru-based non-profits, focusing on ethical storytelling and campaigns that mobilise resources for organisations serving vulnerable populations. She currently leads the Regenerative Surf Conference, which each year gathers around 100 organisations and leaders across Latin America to strengthen networks and foster learning for community and ecosystem regeneration.
“As a visionary leader, I strive to create spaces of connection and opportunity where people can unlock their potential and be part of creating the positive future they envision.”
