Akujobi is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of EZHIA Initiative for Community Development, a youth-led organization committed to advancing gender equality, quality education, good health, and inclusive governance in underserved Nigerian communities. EZHIA’s programs, such as the Imo State Leadership Development Fellowship and Good Governance Monitoring, equip young people, especially girls and persons with disabilities, with leadership, advocacy, and digital skills to drive systemic change.

Akujobi has led several grassroots efforts, including training over 650 girls in self-defense and assertiveness under Caritas Nigeria’s “No Means No” program. She has organized leadership seminars and summits that promote youth participation, gender equity, and civic engagement. Akujobi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health.
