Claudia Castellanos

Claudia Castellanos is the Co-Founder and CEO of Black Mamba Foods, an award-winning, purpose-driven brand from Eswatini (Southern Africa), exporting to over 12 countries while supporting more than 1,000 rural community members. Originally from Colombia, Claudia is an impact entrepreneur, trainer and mentor who has worked with organizations, including Technoserve and the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs.

Castellanos holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and is a winner of the Women in Africa Award and the 2025 KPMG African Female Founders competition. Passionate about sustainable development, she empowers African entrepreneurs to access and succeed in international markets.
