Christiana Miracle Bimba is the Founder and Executive Director of GIRLS FOR CHANGE INITIATIVE (G4CI), a youth-led organization committed to empowering girls and young women through education, leadership development, mentorship, advocacy, economic empowerment, and community engagement. Under her leadership, G4CI has implemented impactful programs that have supported vulnerable girls, promoted school retention, raised awareness on gender-related issues, and expanded opportunities for young women across Liberia. Under her leadership, G4CI has mobilized youth, built cross-sector partnerships, and implemented initiatives that equip emerging leaders to create sustainable solutions to challenges in their communities.

Bimba has led youth development, social innovation, and community engagement efforts by working with diverse stakeholders to expand opportunities for young people and strengthen local impact. Through strategic leadership and advocacy, she continues to champion inclusive development and youth-led solutions that drive meaningful change.
