Chidinma Kalu is the Head of Programs and a Board Member at the GirlLEAD Project, an organization dedicated to bridging the digital gender divide and leadership gap for women by providing leadership, digital and entrepreneurial training for women and girls across Nigeria and Africa.

Kalu brings over 5 years of experience in projects focused on girls’ education and economic empowerment. She led the 2024 GirlLEAD Leadership development bootcamp which impacted over 200 women and girls in Benin City, Nigeria. She also initiated a fundraising event at the University of Warwick that supported the digital education of five girls through the Women in IT Uyo bootcamp, Nigeria.
