Charity Niyonshuti is the Co-Founder of THE NIYO’s (C&D), a grassroots initiative committed to empowering underprivileged youth and women through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, vocational training, and leadership development. Guided by the belief that lasting change starts with empowering the most vulnerable, THE NIYO’s (C&D) delivers community-based programs that foster self-reliance and break the cycle of poverty across Uganda.

Niyonshuti currently serves as a Project Officer at Business and Career Solutions (BACS) Africa, where she coordinates programs supporting SMEs, startups, and professionals. Her professional journey spans international NGOs and private sector organizations, including Compassion International Assisted Projects, Business Network International (BNI), Kyusa Uganda, and Airtel Uganda, with experience in project management, finance, administration, and customer service. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Makerere University and is pursuing an MBA and PMP certification from Uganda Christian University and Mindcypress.
