Celina Gioja is the Founder of Celi Gioja Consulting, an initiative designed to advise and work closely with organizations in the energy sector on cultural change processes involving diversity and inclusion, with a special focus on gender, respectful work environments, and coaching/mentoring.

Gioja is currently working on several projects, such as Wenergy, a mentoring program for women with STEM careers working in the energy sector, with the support of the World Bank and the World Energy Council.

In 2020, she founded the Voces Vitales mentoring walk in the city of Neuquén, Patagonia, Argentina, where she was also a flag bearer for five years, forming powerful alliances and reaching more than 120 women.

Before working in consulting, Gioja worked as a Talent Manager for multinational Oil & Gas companies and was Director of Training for the National Ministry of Energy, always focused on the personal and professional development of individuals.

Gioja has a degree in Human Resources, is a certified business coach, and has postgraduate degrees in Strategic Organizational Communication, Diversity, and Gender.
