Byambadulam Enkhbayar is the Chief Executive Officer of TV9 Mongolia, where she leads one of the country’s largest independent media networks. In her role, she is responsible for strategic leadership, media programming, and the integration of gender equality into mainstream broadcasting. Under her leadership, TV9 has launched Mongolia’s first national Women’s Hour program and implemented company-wide gender bias training, advancing SDGs 5 (Gender Equality), 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions).
She is also the UK Representative of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce, where she fosters cross-border trade and investment, with a focus on women’s economic empowerment. Byambadulam serves on the Executive Committee of the Mongolian Women’s Federation, where she leads international partnerships and policy advocacy. MWF has influenced national reforms around gender-based violence and rural women’s participation in leadership.
Previously, she worked for eight years as a corporate lawyer in London, specializing in international transactions and co-founding her firm’s gender equity group. She holds a law degree from the London School of Economics and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
