Byambadulam Enkhbayar leads TV9 Mongolia, a national media organization using its platform to advance gender equality, civic awareness, and inclusive public dialogue. Through pioneering programs like Women’s Hour and internal reforms to promote female leadership, she is reshaping the narrative of women in Mongolian media. Byambadulam also serves on the Executive Committee of the Mongolian Women’s Federation, where she drives policy advocacy and global partnerships to advance women’s rights and representation.

Previously, Enkhbayar spent nearly two decades in the UK, including eight years as a corporate lawyer at leading international firms. Her experience abroad shaped her vision for a more equal society in Mongolia. She now combines legal expertise, media influence, and grassroots activism to empower women across sectors.
