Valles is the Founder of BI For Her Education, a cybersecurity consultant, and a Regional Lead for the Microsoft Global Community Initiative. She is also a Women in M365 Advocate, Mentor, Coach, and Community Advisor, leading programs, speaking at technology events, and helping women develop leadership and technical skills across the Microsoft ecosystem.

BI For Her Education is a community initiative that empowers women and underserved communities through digital skills, cybersecurity awareness, and Microsoft technologies. Its mission is to expand access to quality education, strengthen leadership, and create opportunities for economic and social impact.
