Binal Kamdar is the Founder of TeachSTEAM, a pioneering initiative that transforms education through play-based, LEGO®-infused STEAM programs. Her mission is to make play a powerful tool for learning—helping children, educators, and professionals build creativity, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

A computer engineer with early training at ISRO, Binal transitioned from India’s first female robotics coach to an edupreneur. She has coached 50+ student teams to global platforms like WRO, FLL, and FTC, earning 48 awards, and now serves as Head Judge for WRO Future Innovators. At TeachSTEAM, she has designed 100+ programs, trained 800+ educators across 40 countries, and launched “Play for Professionals” to bring LEGO® Serious Play® into corporate learning. She was honored with the Times Power Woman Award and represented India in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) in 2024.
