Bih is the founder of Women of Valour (WOVA), a grassroots initiative based in Bamenda, Cameroon. Passionate about uplifting women and girls, she established WOVA to address the socio-economic challenges faced by underserved communities. Her leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to creating inclusive spaces where women can thrive, express their potential, and access equal opportunities for growth.

Through WOVA, Bih focuses on sustainable agriculture, digital literacy, leadership training, and emergency support. Her mission is to equip women and girls with practical skills, build their confidence, and provide them with the tools they need to earn a sustainable income, make informed decisions, and contribute meaningfully to peaceful and resilient communities.
