Bethlehem Tesfu Estifanos is the Co-Founder of Opportunity for All, Samaritan Movement, and Festival Manager and Coordinator at the Addis International Film Festival (AIFF) on Human Rights, where she merges advocacy, storytelling, and public health to empower marginalized youth and amplify underrepresented voices. Through these platforms, she fosters civic engagement and policy dialogue across Africa using film and grassroots mobilization.

She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Communication, Health, and Life Sciences at Wageningen University in the Netherlands, further deepening her expertise at the intersection of public health, media, and social change. Bethlehem also serves as a Project Officer at the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a SheGovernsTrade Fellow, and a member of the EU-Ethiopia Youth Sounding Board, advising on climate justice, gender equity, and inclusive development.

“As a visionary leader, I transform stories into strategies—amplifying the voices of the unheard to influence policy and reshape systems.”
