Belyse is a tech woman and the Founder of Aura Hub, a community initiative created to support young women through mental health support, safe space circles, and digital skills training. Her vision is to help young women strengthen their wellbeing, rebuild their confidence, and access opportunities that allow them to shape their futures with intention and dignity.

Aura Hub provides a supportive environment where women can heal through psychosocial support and gain practical digital skills. Belyse is expanding the program to deepen digital literacy and leadership development for young women in Rwanda, ensuring they are prepared to thrive in a world increasingly shaped by technology.

With over five years of experience in Learning & Development, Belyse designs, develops, and delivers training programs in technology, leadership, and career development. She holds a first‑class Bachelor’s degree in IT Networking and is completing her Master’s in Cybersecurity from Ireland, a journey that continues to shape her commitment to women’s empowerment and digital inclusion.
